These are internal editorial coverage measures, not promotional claims. They are calculated from the published registries at build time.

All institutional identities retain a monogram behind the image as an automatic failure fallback. Structural URL checks are reported separately from live redirect and response-status audits.

Status definitions

Confirmed open is reserved for an explicit current application statement. Listed — intake not confirmed means an official programme page exists but does not prove applications are open. Eligibility unclear, Not publicly listed, and Confirm with programme preserve uncertainty.

Subspecialty taxonomy audit

The eight canonical subspecialties remain unchanged because they preserve one consistent classification for every record. The registry supports cross-cutting discovery for Female Pelvic Medicine, Neurourology, Transplant Urology, Sexual Medicine, Prosthetic Urology and Minimally Invasive Urology without creating duplicate programme records. Research and observership are treated as pathway filters. Male Infertility has only one explicitly titled record, and no verified travelling-fellowship record exists, so neither is promoted as an empty or SEO-only category.

Registry audit

The audit covers 96 Endourological Society records, 31 BAUS listings, 29 SPU-accredited pediatric-urology programmes, 15 programmes in the latest public SMRU andrology list, EAU/EUSP international pathways, and 86 additional institution- or society-audited profiles from the 27-28 August expansion. Eight duplicated source listings remain excluded from the canonical registry. Observerships, certified training centres and primary specialist-training routes are labelled separately from post-specialist fellowships.

Known information gaps

These gaps are intentional warnings and remain until an official source publishes the relevant information.

Status, portrait and identity policy

“Open” is used only when an official source confirms a current application window. Passed dates remain historical and are excluded from Open now. Official full logos are used only when published by the organisation; otherwise an official-site identity appears over the monogram fallback. Faculty photographs require an auditable source profile, and a verified identity without one remains labelled “Faculty profile verified — public portrait not located.” Inclusion never implies endorsement, accreditation, partnership or affiliation.
